Meet the Team
George Tatham-Losh is the Director of Let’s Rent Gloucestershire. George was born and has lived in Cheltenham and surrounding Cotswold Villages all his life. Having worked in the property industry since leaving Dean Close School, George has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience within the field as well as an NFOPP Award in Residential Lettings & Property Management which then lead him onto becoming a Member of the prestigious ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings Agencies). Throughout his time in the lettings business, George noticed a low standard of customer care to both Landlords and Tenants and it has been his focus to change this ever since.
Nick Hume is the Lettings Manager at Let’s Rent Gloucestershire. Nick has two years of experience in sales and management; he will take over the office management role within Let’s Rent Gloucestershire. Nick will be dealing with all the day to day maintenance queries as well as maintaining the smooth running of the office and overseeing the tenancies from start to finish. Nick has been around in Cheltenham for over 23 years and also went to Dean Close School in Cheltenham.
Declan Averiss is the Property Manager at Let’s Rent Gloucestershire. Declan has two years within the property sector and has developed and evolved in this time. Declan enjoys working as part of a hard working team and is always going out of his way to help tenants.
Yasmin Lockey has recently joined the growing team of Let’s Rent Gloucestershire. Yasmin has two year experience within the sales and marketing sector and has joined Let's Rent Gloucestershire to extend her knowledge of properties and lettings. Yasmin will bring enthusiasm and a fresh approach to Let's Rent Gloucestershire.
