Renting a property can be a daunting experience. At Let’s Rent Gloucestershire we will guide you step by step through the process from your first contact with us. We won’t just abandon you once you have moved in; we will accompany you to the check in to make sure you know all the ins and outs of the property. We will even show you how the appliances work and make sure you are happy with everything before leaving you to settle in.
One of our staff will contact the relevant utility companies and inform them of your details and the meter readings to save you any hassle or inconvenience. We have a dedicated 24/7 tenant emergency line just in case of any unforeseen circumstances so you know we are always there to help. After the first month, we will contact you to arrange a property inspection to keep on top of any problems which may arise over your tenancy. This will then be carried out every four months to ensure you property is maintained to a high standard.
Our aim is to keep you happy in your rental property for as long as possible.
